About Earththen

Earththen is a community-driven project to preserve and document historic photographs from around the world. Users can upload old images, tag them by date and location, and help build a visual archive of humanity's past. Our goal is to see how Earth changed throughout history for better or for worse.

• 🗺️ Geolocate historical photos to their real-world coordinates
• 📸 Add meaningful context (date, description, location accuracy)
• 👥 Allow verified moderators to curate content
• 📂 Offer search and filter functionality to explore world history visually
